Corrah Healthcare Service Ltd has robust and effective recruitment processes that ensure staff are appropriately vetted and that suitable candidates are employed. We provide clear job specifications to ensure that staff members understand their roles and expectations. 


We make it a priority that our staff are fully aware of the Duty of Candour policies and procedures and we take appropriate action when these are breached for example, by reporting concerns to the CQC, the relevant professional bodies, other agencies such as the police and commissioners and to the Disclosure and Barring Service where necessary.

We monitor staff performance through supervision, audits, observations, and feedback. We use feedback to make improvements to our services. Our employee profiles and qualifications are available upon request and will be on display in our office.
